Director Biography - Alexis Evanoff
Artist/Photographer/Filmmaker
A seasoned visual creator, Alexis Evanoff grew up surrounded by artistic influences—her mother a fine artist, her father a musician, her grandmother a dancer, and both her grandfathers worked in Hollywood. A native of greater Los Angeles (South Gate in the house!), Alexis embodies the city's diverse spirit, which deeply informs her filmmaking style.
With a background in studio art and photography, she brings a unique perspective to her projects. Her career spans diverse collaborations, fueled by a passion for travel, connecting with intriguing people, and making a meaningful impact through her work.
Alexis manages her own studio while also directing and consulting on visual projects across various industries. She also teaches part-time because it keeps her grounded, as well as creatively in-tune, but her main focus remains on crafting compelling, distinctive stories driven by her diverse and artistic background.
