Just finished reading this and I highly recommend this book. This book came out in 2001, so it's a bit dated (I wonder if there is a newer edition), but nonetheless, it was surprisingly insightful regarding what would happen in the coming years of photography (not the market, but the workflow) and it is still incredibly relevant (perhaps more so now than ever) for photography today because of it's emphasis on content (photos having substance/story as opposed to styling or photoshopping).
