The thing about being a photographer is that one is always behind the camera. Today was the chance to fix that and show what I do at work (when I actually get to shoot instead of do paperwork and all the other technical things involved in running a business). I was working with a Mamiya with a Phase One digital back.
I got to do a photo shoot with the up-and-coming Orange County band The Licks for the Orange Coast Report! We had a fun day in the studio and I felt so fancy with not one, but two assistants! (One is behind the camera taking these photos so you can't see him, but thank you so much Chad!)
