This week I’m working hard on revamping my website and part of it is what you see here: This is from a unit stills photo prop creation shoot that I did a few years back. Did you know that Unit Stills Photographers do more than just capture images of the movie as it was made? (Did you even know Unit Stills Photographers did that? Or did you just assume that those beautiful ads were frame grabs? Nope, they aren’t. The resolution is often too low for that.) The movie I was working on here had a scene in an art gallery and they needed photo art props for the gallery. It was my privilege to be able to supply much of that. To this day, this experience remains one of my all time favorite shoots.
