From doing the #dailysketchext I have learned that when making a quick sketch my real challenge is the hands. I tend to make them a bit small I think. If I am not doing a quick sketch, I pay more attention to proportions and am more accurate, but my goal is to become faster while staying accurate (hence, the daily sketching, and I post it here because having made the commitment out loud to the universe that I would post one a day makes me do the drawing). I have been taught some tricks for hands, like to think of the parts of the fingers as connected boxcars on a train track (that was what I was doing in the middle drawing), and other things like that. Do you have any tips for ways of approaching drawing hands?
