This #dailysketchext is what I used to think being brave looked like and I used to put this style of being on whenever I thought I needed to be brave. I have since learned that this is not what being brave is really all about and that even tough people like this can be taken for fools. I've learned that certain things this warrior-protector could never do because she was afraid of being vulnerable -- things like being humble and getting over herself -- are things that take a lot more bravery than what this way of being is all about.
